Most guests reply to the invitation itself. For the ones who don't, our office steps in. Go through it step by step.

Guests don't always tap the button. They write “inshallah, 2 of us”, send a voice note from the car, or send their wishes and forget the question. Our assistant reads all of it and counts the answer as if they had tapped the button.

How do the invitations go out?
From our verified WhatsApp Business number, as a Meta-approved message with your wording, your language and your card. Guests get it with reply buttons, not as a forward.
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. It all happens in normal WhatsApp: the invitation, the reply buttons, the reminders and the thank-you. If a guest can message their family, they can reply.
What happens when a guest doesn't reply?
They get a reminder first. If they still don't reply, our office executives call or message them. You never have to chase anyone yourself.
What if a guest replies in words instead of tapping a button?
Our assistant reads it, typed in Gujarati, Hindi, English or Lisan ud-Dawat, or sent as a voice note, and counts it exactly as if they had tapped the button. If it could be for two of your functions, it asks which one. Anything else goes to our office, and every automatic message says so at the bottom.
What do we get while it runs?
Regular updates on who is coming, who can't make it and who is yet to reply, and a final headcount in time for your caterer. If anything is urgent, we call you.
What happens to our guest list afterwards?
It stays yours. We never share it, sell it or use it for anything else, and we delete it after your function if you ask.

Message us on WhatsApp with your function date and roughly how many guests. We'll set up your invitation and send you a quote the same day.
